Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for client requests, paperwork, and account maintenance
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality across all client records and custodian communications
Collaborate closely with advisors and operations to deliver a seamless client experience
Process new accounts, transfers, and service requests with strong attention to detail
Troubleshoot issues and help identify opportunities to improve workflows and client service processes
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in wealth management, client service, or financial operations
Willingness to complete Series 65 within the first year required if not currently registered
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong overall technology aptitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A professional, empathetic, and detail-oriented approach to supporting client relationships
Preferred
Series 65 license preferred
