Field Sales Rep/BDR for the Insurance Industry- Multiple Open Territories
ttg Talent Solutions is a technology platform for the insurance industry, seeking a Field Based Business Development Representative. The role involves driving business growth by recruiting insurance agencies, building relationships, and ensuring successful onboarding of new partners.
Responsibilities
Drive new business growth by recruiting health and life insurance agencies and top producers across your region
Travel throughout the territory to meet with partners face-to-face and present a compelling value proposition
Build and maintain strong relationships, negotiate deals, and close new business
Onboard new partners and ensure they’re set up for success
Stay informed on market trends and competitive activity
Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, support, and compliance
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
Qualification
Required
Experience in business development, sales, or account management (insurance experience strongly preferred)
Experience in selling technology platforms is a plus
Willingness to travel, local or overnight up to 75% (reliable car and clean driving record is required)
A strong network of health and life insurance agencies/top producers is a major plus
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
Ability to listen deeply and tailor solutions to partners' needs
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Knowledge of life and health (ACA) products is a bonus
