Responsibilities

Oversee the release management process for mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms, collaborating closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams
Coordinate release planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure smooth deployments
Drive enhancements to tooling, aiming to improve test coverage and overall pass rates
Track and report on the progress of Mobile Core roadmap deliverables, ensuring milestones are met
Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers across various workstreams, maintaining comprehensive visibility into program health
Design and implement feedback mechanisms to gauge developer satisfaction, tracking metrics and identifying areas for improvement
Monitor and report improvements in build time, targeting a reduction of 50% or more
Measure the impact of tooling and process enhancements on developer experience, communicating insights with leadership

Required

A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program or project management within software development
At least 1 year of experience managing mobile development initiatives, specifically for iOS and/or Android
Demonstrated experience in managing release trains and deployment processes effectively
Strong understanding of mobile CI/CD pipelines and build systems
Expert proficiency with Atlassian tools, such as Jira and Confluence
Familiarity with the Office 365 suite for effective stakeholder communication
Proven track record of enhancing developer productivity and satisfaction
Excellent stakeholder management abilities and strong communication skills

Preferred

Experience in working with large-scale software development projects
Knowledge of agile methodologies and techniques that foster team collaboration and efficiency
Background in data analysis to drive developer experience improvements
