Responsibilities
Support the technologies that are used by Con Edison's Electric, Gas and Steam Control Centers. These responsibilities involve software configurations, as well as customizations to enable integrations with critical systems at Con Edison
Assist in Technology Road mapping to identify business value. Contribute to the deployment and implementation efforts of Control Center systems. Support production resources by troubleshooting and resolving complex system/client issues. Performs other related tasks and assignments as required
Deliverables: Technical designs, programs, low complexity APIs, unit and system test plans, and user guides
Collaborates with subject matter experts to develop deliverables
Identifies issues, works to develop alternatives
Works independently on most tasks. Shares information readily
Resolves incidents under the direction of the manager or Team Lead
Participates in IT process improvement task implementations
Communicates regularly, openly, and honestly with manager, team leads, team members and business partners using appropriate and effective methods. Raises concerns appropriately to mitigate issues
Perform other related tasks and assignments as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of two (2) years of work experience and demonstrated value-added assignments in multiple organizations
