This position is responsible for providing analysis and solution development for the university's Business Intelligence Center initiative, focusing on developing and enhancing complex business intelligence solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop reporting solutions for customers using Microsoft SSDT, Power BI and Fabric

Review and debug SSRS daily logs

Triage client tickets to determine their priority, type, and estimate completion time

Assistance in installing and troubleshooting approved software and drivers on client machines

Required

Providing analysis and solution development for East Carolina University's Business Intelligence Center (ecuBIC) initiative

Performing highly complex analytical software development activities associated with the design, creation, and implementation of new business intelligence solutions

Developing and/or enhancing complex business intelligence solutions

Develop reporting solutions for customers using Microsoft SSDT, Power BI and Fabric

Review and debug SSRS daily logs

Triage client tickets to determine their priority, type, and estimate completion time

Assistance in installing and troubleshooting approved software and drivers on client machines

Preferred

Experience with Oracle and/or SQL Server databases

Ability to read and write SQL/PLSQL queries

Experience in writing technical documentation

Having a basic understanding of Github

MIS or any CET major preferred, but flexible if the student has experience
