MIM – Executive Assistant

Responsibilities

Manage schedules and coordinate both internal and external meetings for senior team members as well as members of the overall business on an ad-hoc basis, ensuring coordination across time zones as needed
Assist in the preparation and/or coordination of presentations, reports and spreadsheets by preparing and editing text, slides and other materials
Organize electronic and soft copy documents and communications. Assist with production and coordination of meeting materials, presentations, updates, and reports
Manage domestic and (occasionally) international travel arrangements, expense reports, and track reimbursement
Oversee certain office processes, including supply orders, catering requests, and the onboarding of new employees
Coordinate IT support, assisting individuals with Help Desk interaction regarding IT-related issues

Required

3+ years of experience
Ability to work in fast paced environment and recognize opportunities to improve and streamline processes
Excellent organizational, time management and written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter: ability to independently anticipate needs, plan for contingencies, manage concurrent tasks, prioritize tasks and follow-up
Flexibility to move between competing priorities as needed/directed
Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and internet skills

Preferred

High School diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
