Manager Diagnostic Imaging
All About Ultrasound is seeking a Manager for Diagnostic Imaging services at Providence Saint John's Health Center. The Imaging Services Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring effective practices and staff development while maintaining departmental budgets.

Responsibilities
Responsible for planning, coordinating, directing and supervising the daily operations of Imaging Services
Work very closely with Supervisors and direct reports ensuring operations are consistent, effective, and efficient while collectively ensuring best practices are being used across Imaging Services
Areas of responsibility include knowledge in processes, procedures and equipment, development of staff, direction and coordination of available resources
Develops, monitors and effectively regulates departmental budgets
Provides training for imaging and hospital staff as deemed necessary
Requires strong leadership skills and an ability to effectively communicate with staff
Serves as a catalyst and mentor for motivating productivity, innovation, accountability, high employee morale and commitment to the organization
Qualification
Required
Coursework/Training: Applied Technology, Radiologic Technology or a related field
National Certified MRI Technologist - American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists upon hire
National Certification from Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board upon hire
National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography upon hire
National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
California Diagnostic Radiologic Technology Certification upon hire
California Fluoroscopy Certificate/Permit upon hire
California Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification upon hire
California Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification upon hire
National Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer upon hire
3 years Progressive hospital leadership positions
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Radiology Sciences, Health Care, or Business
Greenbelt Certification, or equivalent performance improvement certification upon hire
5 years of Hospital experience as a Radiologic Technologist or other Imaging discipline
