Responsibilities
Provide executive oversight for multiple healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and successful project delivery
Collaborate with preconstruction and estimating teams to ensure accurate pricing, strong subcontractor strategies, and profitable project setup
Define and communicate project strategy across teams and stakeholders
Oversee project budgets, schedules, cost controls, cash flow, forecasts, and monthly financial reporting
Identify and mitigate project risks related to safety, schedule, cost, and ongoing client operations
Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, regulatory, and company policies, including healthcare-specific requirements
Lead subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and contract execution in accordance with company protocols
Mentor, coach, and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, and project staff; assist with recruiting and team building
Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and contributing to pursuit strategies
Represent the company in meetings with owners, architects, consultants, and other project stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of experience overseeing construction projects of increasing complexity, with significant healthcare experience
OSHPD / HCAI experience required
Proven ability to lead multiple project teams and manage large, technically complex projects
Strong background in cost control, scheduling, subcontractor management, and risk mitigation
Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
