Required

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

2 years of customer service experience required

Demonstrate experience & ability to uncover the right solution by asking probing questions

Demonstrate experience & ability to utilize resources and/or articles to provide correct information

Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence

Preferred

Preferred experience with financial support including knowledge of different card types (prepaid, debit & credit)
