Responsibilities
Prospect and close new customers in staffing and recruiting
Sell JobTalk.ai to decision-makers (Owners, CEOs, Heads of TA, Recruiting Managers)
Run demos (sales support provided)
Build and manage your own pipeline
Grow long-term recurring commission income
Qualification
Required
Experienced B2B SaaS sales professionals
Prior experience selling SaaS platforms in the US
Comfortable selling to staffing, recruiting, HR, or TA leaders
Can operate independently without hand-holding
Motivated by long-term recurring commission income
Want flexibility to sell full-time or part-time
Strong understanding of outbound sales or enterprise buying cycles
Preferred
SaaS sales (HR tech, recruiting tech, or adjacent B2B platforms preferred)
Existing relationships in staffing or recruiting is a big plus
