Responsibilities

Work directly with Republican voter data, scores, and targeting models
Build and query audiences using voter files and analytics platforms
Pull counts, analyze trends, and explain pathways (including 50+1 logic)
Support clients with memos, insights, and data-driven recommendations
Collaborate closely with senior analysts and technical leadership
Grow technically through mentorship (SQL, Python, R encouraged)

Required

Prior experience with Republican political data (state data, RNC, analytics teams, or vendor-side)
