Responsibilities
Lead Mac empowerment initiatives by implementing EUC best practices for AI research and technical teams
Own the design, management, and ongoing reliability of Mac environments using MDM platforms
Build and maintain automation to streamline workflows, reduce operational overhead, and improve user productivity
Provide hands-on troubleshooting and support for Mac hardware, software, and operating system issues
Collaborate directly with advanced users to understand their workflows and deliver tailored Mac solutions
Continuously evaluate and improve the Mac user experience through proactive engineering and sustained support
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience supporting Mac environments in systems engineering, desktop engineering, or a similar role
Strong hands-on experience with MDM platforms and Mac-focused automation
Proven ability to improve security, stability, and performance in complex Mac environments leveraging IAC and scripting
Experience supporting demanding, technical end users with a strong customer service mindset
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, technical environment
Preferred
Working experience with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Intune, PowerShell, and Zero Trust–based security models
