Qualification
Required
Expertise in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering principles
Experience in planning and managing large-scale engineering projects
Proficiency in Stormwater Management and related infrastructure solutions
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) certification is required
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Familiarity with current engineering software and technology
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Preferred
advanced degree is a plus
