Responsibilities
Translate commercial strategy into structured, scalable business requirements
Coordinate with IT, Product, and PMO to sequence initiatives and ensure execution readiness
Identify and eliminate inefficiencies across core commercial functions and workflows
Lead discovery sessions and document current and future state processes
Shape technology roadmap requirements and support backlog prioritization
Track initiative performance and contribute to value realization reporting
Refine solutions post-launch based on stakeholder feedback and adoption metrics
Build strong cross-functional relationships to align on priorities and drive execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field
7+ years of experience in business operations, technology enablement, or process improvement in a complex, cross-functional organization
Proven ability to translate strategic objectives into scalable business and technical requirements
