Office Manager & Project Coordinator
Pellizzi & Co. is seeking a Part-Time Office Manager / Project Coordinator to help keep their creative team organized and aligned. This role is focused on day-to-day coordination and support, handling administrative tasks to ensure the team can focus on their work.

Responsibilities
Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling
Maintain office organization and serve as an in-office point of contact
Support day-to-day administrative needs
Process payroll accurately and on time
Assist with invoicing and basic financial tracking
Keep records organized and coordinate with external partners as needed
Track project timelines and internal deadlines
Help organize schedules, deliverables, and handoffs
Share updates and flag timing considerations early
Track PTO and maintain schedules
Support onboarding and offboarding logistics
Help keep internal documents organized
Qualification
Required
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
Preferred
Experience with office management, coordination, or similar roles preferred
Agency or small-business experience is a plus
