Responsibilities
Lead technology projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the specified requirements
Manage the full project lifecycle for 5-6 concurrent, complex projects
Work with a "10-foot view" perspective, diving deep into technical details to understand system architecture, API functionality, and cloud-based implementations
Serve as the technical go-to person, understanding system concepts and capabilities better than high-level stakeholders
Engage with development teams to identify unrealistic timelines or technical blockages and align genuine project velocity
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, and communicate project status to stakeholders
Lead and manage technical projects from inception to completion
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, testers, and business analysts
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion
Identify and manage risks, issues, and changes to project scope
Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies such as: Agile and Scrum
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in project management tools such as: JIRA and Microsoft Project
