Residential Account Executive
Jack Laurie Group (JLG) has been building better spaces since 1950, focusing on quality craftsmanship and trusted partnerships. They are seeking an experienced Residential Account Executive to drive new business and maintain relationships across the homebuilding industry, particularly in the new home construction market.

Responsibilities
Identify and secure new business with home builders and residential developers
Manage a sales pipeline and maintain all activity in CRM
Conduct jobsite visits, walkthroughs, and relationship meetings
Research upcoming residential communities and projects
Build long-term partnerships with builder purchasing teams and superintendents
Represent JLG at Home Builder Association (HBA) and Indiana Builders Association (IBA) events
Provide excellent follow-up, communication, and customer service to existing clients
Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals
Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to ensure project accuracy
Negotiate pricing and close deals to achieve revenue targets
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
Qualification
Required
2+ years of work experience
Proven ability to prospect, develop, and close new business
Excellent communication, organization, and relationship skills
Self-motivated, competitive, and accountable
Valid driver's license and ability to travel statewide
Preferred
3+ years of B2B sales experience (construction, building materials, flooring, or homebuilding preferred)
Understanding of residential construction timelines and builder purchasing processes
