SQL / Tableau / Power BI / Excel (Advanced)
Financial Performance Reporting
Partner with Product Development and Guest Experience teams to identify and evaluate new auxiliary travel offerings, including Air, Hotel, Private Transfer, Ride Share, and Car Rental Bundles
Analyze consumer booking trends, spending patterns, and product attachment rates to develop packaging strategies and maximize ancillary revenue per guest
Leverage loyalty data and traveller profiles to identify behavioral patterns, optimize pricing strategies, and create targeted, value-driven travel product propositions that drive conversion and incremental revenue streams
Develop dashboards and performance scorecards tracking key KPIs, including conversions, margin contributions, and customer satisfaction
Lead competitive benchmarking and market research to assess emerging travel service models and partnerships
Design behavioural segmentation using loyalty data to identify high – status guests with increased ancillary purchase propensity, informing new personalized offer strategies
Collaborate with Finance and Revenue Management to forecast demand and optimize pricing structures for bundled travel packages
Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership through executive summaries and data visualization presentations
Responsible for establishing automated dashboards to track trends in customer acquisition and ancillary product performance
Streamline reporting cadence by developing automated dashboards for leadership visibility into product and channel performance
Partner with product managers, revenue management, and marketing teams to test new travel packaging offers and measure campaigns ROI
Conduct root-cause analysis on performance gaps, leading to targeted initiatives that improves conversions
Deliver behavioural segmentation modelling to identify high value travellers and repeat bookers, informing marketing personalization and pricing tactics

Required

Bachelor's degree in business Analytics, Economics, Data Science, Finance, or a related quantitative field
5+ years of experience in data analytics, strategy, business intelligence, or commercial insights roles
Proven ability to translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations supporting product development, pricing, and consumer marketing
Experience in collaborating across Product Development, Finance, and Revenue Management teams to assess product performance and inform go-to-market strategies
Hands-on experience with data visualization, modelling, and trend forecasting in a commercial or customer-focused setting
Analytical Expertise: Strong command of SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and advanced Excel for data modelling, segmentation, and performance tracking
Ability to interpret consumer trends, booking patterns, and loyalty behaviours to identify actionable insights and product opportunities
Strong understanding of how traveller status and past purchase behaviour influence spending, conversion, and retention
Experience analyzing demand elasticity and building models to support dynamic and value-based pricing
Skilled in synthesizing complex datasets into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership
Strong understanding of product economics, marketing strategy, and financial performance metrics
Proven success working with cross-functional teams, presenting analytical findings, and influencing decision-making
Self-starter with a passion for uncovering consumer insights and transforming data into strategic business impact

Preferred

Master's degree preferred (MBA or MS in Analytics, Data Science, or similar)
Relevant certification in Data Analytics, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus
Experience in the travel, hospitality, or transportation industries is preferred but not mandatory
