Assisting the Investor Relations team at events
Running errands
Assisting with various projects
Daily office operations
Frequently working early and late for events
Individual daily, weekly and monthly responsibilities
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and internet searches
Professional oral and written communication skills
Customer service and goal oriented with ability to work in a flexible, fast paced environment
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work individually (with little supervision), as well as part of a team
Ability to follow directions and do what it takes to get the job done
