Lincoln Land Community College is seeking an ERP Systems Administrator I to support and enhance their Enterprise Resource Planning system, Ellucian Colleague. This role is essential for maintaining the digital infrastructure of the college and offers a clear path for advancement within the organization.

Responsibilities

Contribute to ensuring the stability of the college’s ERP / SIS systems and its data by maintaining all the databases and applications

Qualification

Required

BA/BS in Computer Science or related field with 1 year of programming experience or related field OR have 3 or more years of programming experience
Must be or become Illinois resident
Knowledge and experience in some of the following languages: C#, ASP . NET , JavaScript, HTML , XML , PHP , Python, and SQL
Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Ability to remain flexible in an ever-changing environment
Team player able to work in a collaborative environment and be able to work independently with moderate supervision
Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical audience
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a criminal background check

Preferred

1 or more years experience working in a higher education environment, with responsibilities directly involving the institution's ERP / SIS
