Responsibilities

Work in collaborative teams to design unique solutions for a wide variety of digital products

Develop intimate knowledge of information design, including color theory, typographic hierarchy, and balanced layout

Create initial concepts, infographics, presentation decks, reports, social media graphics, etc

Refine existing designs to enhance and optimize the experience

Contribute to the innovative development of the creative department

Stay current with digital and industry trends

Qualification

Required

A self-motivated, conceptual thinker who is open to feedback and eager to collaborate

A creative who can understand and disseminate a design system accurately and thoughtfully

5+ years of experience in digital design

Expert knowledge and execution with design products, including but not limited to PowerPoint, Canva, and the Adobe Creative Suite

An online portfolio that demonstrates strong, varied production work

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with or without supervision

Strong oral and written communication skills
