Beyond Academy is a global organization connecting international students with meaningful internship opportunities around the world. They are seeking a Lead Generation Coordinator to help build strong partnerships with local host companies for internship placements.

Education Management

Responsibilities

Schedule meetings and appointments with Japanese companies interested in hosting global interns
Identify potential host companies through research, referrals, social media, and cold outreach
Attend relevant business exhibitions and networking events in Tokyo to generate new opportunities
Maintain and manage a pipeline of corporate partnerships to ensure a smooth appointment-setting process
Collaborate closely with our global partnerships team to ensure new hosts are onboarded successfully

Required

Based in Tokyo, with native-level Japanese and fluent English
Proven experience in appointment setting, lead generation, B2B sales, or business development (minimum 2 years)

Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely
Ability to represent the company at events and exhibitions in Tokyo
References from previous roles required

Benefits

Performance bonus: ¥80,000+ per month, based on new partnerships closed
