Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze operational and production data to identify trends and identify improvement opportunities
Assist in developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
Support time studies, workflow analysis, and cost-benefit evaluations using statistical methods
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and automation initiatives
Document findings and present actionable insights to engineering and operations teams

Required

Currently pursuing an advanced degree in Industrial Engineering or related field

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred

Basic knowledge of Python, R, or other analytics languages preferred
Knowledge of LLM development or other AI tools a plus
