Responsibilities

Design, train, and deploy machine learning models in production environments

Lead the development of ML systems for one or more of planning and reinforcement learning, forecasting and multimodal machine learning

Set long term strategy and actively collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to identify and address key business problems

Mentor junior engineers and scientists and contribute to the team’s technical growth

Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning

Required

Master's Degree/Bachelor's Degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Statistics or equivalent practical experience

10+ years of professional experience in machine learning model development and engineering

Deep expertise in one or more of the following areas: planning and control, reinforcement learning, forecasting, multimodal machine learning and information retrieval

Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow

Experience with building and deploying ML systems at scale, and a proven ability to lead applied ML research and developing the state of the art

Proven ability to work on cross-functional projects and deliver results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
