Making coverage determinations

Investigating losses, evaluating, and projecting potential exposures

Making case presentations

Setting judgmental reserves, developing, and implementing resolution strategies

Working with defense counsel and collaborating with underwriting

Delivering differentiated value and service to our customers and distribution partners

Qualification

Required

Minimum of six years of experience handling complex insurance claims, litigation or other related experience

Excellent negotiation skills

Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills

Knowledge of the litigation and arbitration process

Preferred

Ideally experienced in Management Liability claims

A Juris Doctor is preferred
