They are seeking a driven Business Development & Client Success Manager to lead new customer acquisition and manage long-term client relationships across various technology markets.

Responsibilities

Lead new customer acquisition and manage long-term client relationships
Expand strategic accounts across robotics, UAS, IoT, industrial automation, and embedded-electronics markets
Own the full client lifecycle—from initial outreach, qualification, and SQ/RFQ generation through quoting, negotiation, post-sale support, reorders, and long-term scaling
Work directly with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to ensure NDAA-compliant modules and embedded hardware solutions meet real-world application needs
Help customers transition from prototype evaluation to volume production
Work directly with engineering, production, and supply-chain teams to understand custom requirements, support client projects, and ensure successful delivery
Travel for client meetings, trade shows, industry events, supplier visits, and relationship building up to 50% of the time

Required

Proven experience in business development and client success management
Strong understanding of robotics, UAS, IoT, industrial automation, and embedded-electronics markets
Experience managing long-term client relationships and expanding strategic accounts
Ability to own the full client lifecycle from initial outreach to post-sale support
Strong negotiation skills and experience in quoting and generating SQ/RFQ
Experience working with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams
Ability to understand custom requirements and support client projects
Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events up to 50% of the time
Self-managed and able to thrive in fast-paced environments
Strong initiative, clear communication, and a sense of responsibility
