Responsibilities

A General Maintenance will be responsible primarily for general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting space, and front of the house areas
Guest room and public area entry-level preventative maintenance are included
A General Maintenance Engineer will also perform some repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment, requiring some skills and experience in these areas, as well as good communication skills

Required

Minimum two years of general building/facilities maintenance experience
Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Intermediate knowledge of bathroom plumbing fixtures, door hardware, and HVAC systems
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong teamwork and adaptability in a diverse work environment
Excellent verbal communication and customer engagement skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
Proficiency with electronic devices and computers

Preferred

Previous hotel or service industry experience preferred
Knowledge of a second language is a plus
