Process Mechanical Intern - Summer 2026

Responsibilities
Work under the supervision of senior level engineers
Perform a variety of technical and project assignments, which require the application of standard design engineering techniques, procedures and criteria
Participate in design, coordination, and execution of projects for our clients for planning, engineering and/or construction documents, reports, studies, and calculations
Engaging in technical writing, marking up and detailing construction drawings
Producing specifications
Performing field work tasks and site inspections
Assisting with services during construction which includes submittal review and RFI responses
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Environmental Engineering from an ABET accredited program
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and/or MicroStation
Good written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Personal transportation and a valid driver's license
Preferred
3.0 GPA minimum
Self-driven time management and organizational skills
Experience with a PDF editor such as Bluebeam
EIT/EI or on track to obtain
