Responsibilities
Design and implement automated test cases for ServiceNow GRC modules using ATF and Playwright
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into test scenarios
Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks and test suites
Perform regression, functional, and integration testing
Monitor test execution, analyse results, and report defects with detailed documentation
Ensure test coverage and traceability for all module features and configurations
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practice
Provide support for UAT and production validation as needed
Qualification
Required
5+ Years of experience
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF
Proficiency in Playwright (JavaScript)
Skilled in Cucumber BDD or alternative
Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
