MOHR Talent is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to support a fast-paced logistics and supply chain environment. This role will handle full-cycle accounts payable functions, including high-volume invoice processing and vendor coordination.

Staffing & Recruiting

Responsibilities

Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and timely

Perform 2-way and 3-way matching (POs, invoices, receiving documents)

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

Manage weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers

Maintain AP aging reports and assist with month-end close

Communicate with vendors regarding invoice status, discrepancies, and payment inquiries

Partner with operations, warehouse, and purchasing teams to ensure accurate cost allocation

Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies

Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation as needed
