Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a similar field
7+ years of professional accounting experience, 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role
Experience with cost accounting, manufacturing accounting, standard costs, bill of materials(BOMs), cost of goods sold(COGS), WIP(work-in-process), raw materials, finished goods, inventory valuation, physical counts, variance analysis, cost saving strategies, forecasts, budgets, and financial reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in management and leadership roles, managing a team of direct reports
Experience with balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and financial statements
Experience with accounts payable, receivables, collections, ensuring accuracy and compliance of account entries, handling discrepancies, reconciliations, financial documents, and more
Proficient in Excel
Experience with various Accounting Software or ERP systems
