Collision Field Technical Specialist
Tesla is looking for a Collision Field Technical Specialist to work on one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world. This role involves providing technical support for collision repair processes to internal and external partners, ensuring excellence in repair and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Field based body repair technical specialist that solves field escalations at Tesla Approved Collision Centers and Tesla Collision Centers
Root cause body repair field issues and report findings to engineering teams
Answer Toolbox cases, emails, and phone calls to address body shop concerns with highest level of response and attention
Provide training and quality assurance activities to continually improve customer satisfaction
Generate weekly reports of activities and findings
Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools
Comply with all Tesla safety rules, guidelines, and standards
Qualification
Required
Certificate from Vocational School in collision, or equivalent
Expert working knowledge in frame equipment, welding, riveting, metal work, diagnostic systems and estimating platforms
High level of proficiency in written and spoken English and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other cloud applications
Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
50% travel domestically and internationally based on business needs
Capable of lifting 50 lbs
Valid driver's license
Preferred
Body Master Technician - 10 years of Tesla or industry experience preferred
