Amazon is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to play a key role on our Alexa Finance team, supporting a new monetization initiative. The successful candidate will work directly with business leaders to identify opportunities, develop business cases, and manage financial responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Leading the financial planning and forecasting process for a business initiatives under Alexa+
Building and presenting KPI dashboards with financial and business insights each month and quarter for specific business metrics
Owning finance communication with the business teams on product performance, long term planning, risks, and opportunities
Driving automation and scale of financial reporting in order to simplify process for internal stakeholders (e.g., finance peers and monetization partners)
Lead deep dives into key cost drivers for month end reviews, forecasts, and annual operating plans

Qualification

Financial modelingP&L managementAnalytical skillsAttention to detailCommunication skills

Required

3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)

Preferred

Experience in financial modeling, P&L management or analysis
Demonstrated effective communication and writing skills in working with peers and business leaders
