Responsibilities
Lead and manage IAM programs and SailPoint implementation projects across multiple business units
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and success criteria aligned with security and compliance objectives
Establish program governance, reporting cadence, and communication plans for stakeholders and executive leadership
Track risks, dependencies, and issues; ensure proactive mitigation and escalation management
Oversee end-to-end delivery of SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow projects including integration, customization, and lifecycle management
Collaborate with IAM architects and engineers to define role-based access models, certification campaigns, and access governance workflows
Ensure successful integrations with AD, Azure AD, ServiceNow, HR systems, and application directories
Provide functional and technical oversight to ensure adherence to architecture and security standards
Act as the primary contact for IAM program communications across IT, business, audit, and compliance teams
Lead steering committee and technical governance meetings with clear reporting on milestones, risks, and metrics
Translate technical concepts into business language for executive updates
Partner with vendors and system integrators to align solution delivery with enterprise requirements
Define KPIs and metrics for access governance, provisioning, and compliance posture
Drive continuous improvement in joiner-mover-leaver processes, access reviews, and entitlement management
Support audit, SOX, and regulatory compliance initiatives related to identity and access controls
Promote automation and process optimization to enhance user experience and reduce operational overhead
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in IT or cybersecurity with 5+ years in IAM program/project management
Hands-on understanding of SailPoint (IdentityIQ / IdentityNow)
Proven track record in delivering enterprise-scale cybersecurity programs across hybrid environments
Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK, and Zero Trust Architecture
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Certifications preferred: PMP, CISSP, CISM, AWS/Azure Security Specialty, or equivalent
