R.F. Fager Supply is a trusted distributor of plumbing, HVAC, and kitchen and bath products. They are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive sales growth by developing and managing client relationships, while promoting plumbing fixtures and bathroom accessories.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed key performance metrics and sales goals to drive sales growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, remodelers, contractors, wholesalers and design professionals
Conduct regular territory visits, customer meetings and product presentations
Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects using •Solar Eclipse• and other tools
Generate accurate quotes and follow up to close sales
Coordinate closely with inside sales, purchasing and delivery teams to ensure seamless service
Deliver marketing materials, samples and small product orders when needed
Stay informed on product offerings and industry trends to provide expert guidance
Represent R.F. Fager with professionalism, integrity and a customer-centric focus

Qualification

Required

Proven and successful outside sales experience
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and concisely
Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems
A self-starter mindset with excellent follow through
Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player
Growth-minded with a passion for learning and sharing success strategies

Preferred

Background in home improvement, kitchen or bath related products strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree desired
Experience with Solar Eclipse is a plus
