Responsibilities
Ensure condominium and cooperative projects are underwritten accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain approved and declined condominium and cooperative projects lists and manage expiration dates
Manage lender concentration
Maintain condominium and cooperative projects documentation and requirements as dictated by the agencies and investors
Retain and manage project files
Ensure cooperatives meet Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines
Ensure condominiums meet Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA/ VA guidelines
Determine eligibility of a project (underwrite budget, financials, questionnaire, etc.)
Perform legal reviews of the projects (i.e. review by laws, offering plan, etc.)
Deliver excellent customer service to Sales and Operations staff
Qualification
Required
5+ years' project review experience
5+ years' experience related to mortgage credit guidelines, policies and procedures
5 years' experience with FNMA/ Freddie/ FHA underwriting guidelines
Experience with investor guidelines
Knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA/ VA condominium's websites and all regulations
Excellent organizational skills
