Senior Manager, Digital Campaign Marketing

The Senior Manager, Digital Campaign Marketing plays a pivotal role in driving the company's global growth through high-impact digital strategy and execution, owning the development and optimization of Nebius’ digital ecosystem to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion.

Responsibilities
Define and execute the global digital marketing roadmap supporting Nebius’ growth strategy across EMEA and North America
Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of integrated full-funnel campaigns across search, social, display, and ABX programmatic platforms
Partner with GTM leadership to align campaigns with brand narrative, messaging, and product priorities
Introduce frameworks for experimentation, full-funnel optimization, and digital performance governance
Oversee all paid and organic digital channels — including Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and SEO — ensuring consistent brand expression and ROI
Own website performance metrics (traffic, conversion, engagement), collaborating with web, design and content teams on enhancements
Build and refine nurture, retargeting, and automation workflows using HubSpot, and Salesforce and ABX platform integrations
Manage agencies and external vendors, holding them accountable to KPIs and Nebius quality standards
Establish and own digital performance KPIs: CAC, CPL, CTR, MQL→SQL conversion, and ROI
Partner with RevOps and Finance to deliver regular reporting, forecasting, and attribution analysis
Use analytics tools (GA4, Looker, Tableau) to identify insights, optimize spend, and guide executive-level recommendations
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Field Marketing to extend campaign reach through digital amplification
Align with Sales Ops to ensure qualified lead flow and closed-loop feedback on campaign effectiveness
Mentor junior marketing team members and contribute to the evolution of Nebius’ digital marketing playbook
Qualification
Required
8 + years of hands-on digital marketing experience within B2B technology, cloud, or AI-infrastructure industries
Proven track record leading full-funnel, multi-channel digital campaigns that generate measurable pipeline growth
Proficiency in with ABX platforms (Demandbase or 6sense), Google Ads, Google DV360, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, Salesforce and analytics platforms (GA4, Looker, Tableau)
Understand Intent-based
Strong analytical and storytelling capabilities — translating complex data into clear strategic insights
Demonstrated stakeholder management and ability to operate cross-functionally across timezones
Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-growth environment
Strong analytical and project management skills
Fluent in English; additional languages a plus depending on region
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, distributed environment
Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Interest or experience in cutting-edge B2B advertising platforms: intent-based, people-based (e.g. Influ2), and Buying Group Advertising
Experience in marketing cloud services, SaaS or AI products
Understanding of topics like model training, inference optimization, AI workload orchestration and open-source ML frameworks
Familiarity with cloud-native technologies, GPU compute and the competitive landscape of AI cloud services
