990 - Growth Product Manager
GoFasti is a Talent-as-a-Service company that connects top talent from LatAm with leading companies worldwide. They are seeking a Growth Product Manager to define growth metrics, manage user acquisition, and design lifecycle strategies to enhance product engagement.

Responsibilities
Own the growth model + metrics: Define activation, sharing, invites, review completion, rescore, and retention metrics; build a weekly “flywheel health” dashboard and run the weekly growth cadence
Run acquisition for the first wedge cohort: Recruit and manage early users (authors + reviewers), including outreach, scheduling sessions, and turning insights into product changes
Design and execute lifecycle: Onboarding, re-engagement, rescore prompts, reviewer invite and completion nudges—across email and in-product messaging
Own experimentation: Maintain a prioritized experiment backlog; run A/B and rapid iteration across onboarding, report UX, share flow, and reviewer loop conversion
Scale into “lab pods” over time: Help convert early traction into repeat usage via lab-level workflows and repeatable onboarding playbooks
Qualification
Required
4-6+ years in growth / product growth / lifecycle (startup experience strongly preferred)
Strong analytics instincts (funnels, cohorts, attribution) and comfort working with product/engineering to instrument events
Excellent copy/messaging skills (trust-sensitive audience)
Comfortable doing the work: CRM/lifecycle setup, spreadsheets, experiment design, cohort ops
Can operate with ambiguity and prioritize ruthlessly
Fluent in English and proficient in academic speak
Preferred
Experience with community-driven or invite-based flywheels
Familiarity with academic workflows (preprints, peer review, lab culture)
Experience with AI-enabled products where trust + explainability drives conversion
