Mercedes-Benz USA is responsible for the sales, marketing and service of all Mercedes-Benz and Maybach products in the United States. The Junior Associate Consultant (Intern) will assist with technical documentation, training, and issue mitigation for the products and services provided to dealers and customers.

Responsibilities

Assisting the MBUSA service engineers in identifying, tracking, and resolving issues in the Mercedes-Benz model lines sold and serviced in the US (NAFTA) market

Participating in component level tear down and root cause analysis

Interfacing with the other business units of MBUSA on PTS’s behalf in conjunction with the engineers in order to support our dealers and products

Creation of dashboards to support engineering team

Building AI bots to support engineering team

Required

The JAC Program is open to students who are currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Master's program, or have graduated no more than 12 months prior to internship start date

Available from February 2026 - July 2026

Hybrid in-person schedule, up to 28 hours maximum

Available during core working hours of 10 AM - 3 PM Eastern
