They are seeking a proven closer to lead sales into afterschool programs run by school districts across the U.S. This role involves owning the sales cycle from outreach through signed contract and navigating public-sector buyers.

Responsibilities

Prospect and close new sales into the afterschool programs at K-12 school districts (starting with afterschool program decision-makers like executive directors and IT heads)
Own the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, demo, proposal, contract
Navigate complex buying processes with multiple stakeholders
Coordinate with marketing and execs to refine outreach strategies
Keep CRM (HubSpot) clean and active
Report weekly on pipeline movement and forecast

Qualification

Sales experienceOutbound salesCRM proficiencyK-12 experiencePublic sector salesCommunicationPresentation skills

Required

5+ years of sales experience, ideally including K-12, edtech, or public sector
Strong communicator and presenter (phone, email, Zoom)
Have sold into school districts, charter networks, or nonprofits with RFPs or long cycles
Disciplined with CRM and pipeline reporting
Looking for performance-based upside — not just a big salary
Based in the U.S., ideally in a smaller town or region where you're comfortable with a lean remote culture

Benefits

Base plus commission starting as 60:40 (60% Base + 40% Commission)
Commission is uncapped and based on new revenue booked
As you prove success, your base increases and commission potential scales accordingly
Essentially, total compensation to reach 4X at Full-Traction
