Responsibilities
Be a foundational member of TCS Interactive’s flagship AI Design Studio in New York
Engage with global brands and senior client leaders across industries to reimagine customer engagement through AI
Access to TCS’s AI and partner ecosystem, tools, and research network to build and scale innovative prototypes
Collaborate with a world-class interdisciplinary team spanning design, engineering, and business strategy
Shape the future of AI-powered creativity and design within one of the world’s largest digital and consulting organizations
Qualification
Required
7–12 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or digital experience design, ideally within creative agencies or innovation studios
Proven hands-on expertise in applying Generative AI tools (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Audio / Video generation tools and APIs, etc.) to marketing and creative use cases and workflows
Strong understanding of AI workflows, prompt engineering, and agentic design for creative and marketing contexts
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams—designers, developers, and strategists—in developing AI-driven prototypes and solutions
Familiarity with design thinking, creative strategy, and rapid prototyping methodologies
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting to executive and client audiences
Based full-time in New York City and willing to work onsite at the TCS Interactive Design Studio
Preferred
Exposure to one or more industries such as BFSI, Retail & Consumer, Manufacturing, or Healthcare
Experience building or integrating AI-native workflows in marketing or product design pipelines
Working knowledge of web, mobile, or immersive experiences
Experience with AI model fine-tuning, orchestration, or agent frameworks
Thought leadership or published viewpoints on Generative AI in marketing and creative industries
Prior experience organizing or facilitating multi-day design sprints or innovation workshops
Designing and Managing end-to-end MSM Sites
Strong on Dispatcher configuration, Workflows, Headless and latest features
Working with Adobe AMS or Cloud service environments
Good Experience in AEM Application Design Documentations
Technically Lead Front-End and Back-End Technology team of AEM Projects
Onsite and Offshore team coordination
