Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain identity lifecycle processes using SailPoint IdentityIQ
Develop custom rules, reports, and workflows to meet business requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with enterprise systems
Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues, ensuring high availability and performance
Participate in design reviews, code reviews, security assessments, and compliance audits
Contribute to the continuous improvement of IAM processes, standards, and documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in information technology, Computer Science, Security, or related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with a focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ
Familiarity with identity governance concepts such as provisioning, certification, role-based access control, and policy enforcement
Strong proficiency in Java or BeanShell, including object-oriented design and development
Hands-on experience developing custom rules, email templates, reports, connectors, and/or workflows
Experience with configuring application connectors, such as webservices (REST), LDAP/Active Directory, and/or database technologies
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred
SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer certification
Previous IT infrastructure experience, including patching, upgrading and server migration
Experience with developing SailPoint plugins is a plus
Knowledge of scripting languages such as Powershell or Python to automate repeatable tasks
Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Azure DevOps)
Knowledge of cloud IAM (e.g., Azure AD, AWS IAM) is a plus
Strong communication and documentation skills
