Responsibilities

Lead logistics sourcing and contract execution across rail, marine, and trucking to optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)

Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans using Mosaic’s 9-step process, including supplier market analysis and RFP/RFI management

Negotiate complex agreements with Class 1 railroads, barge carriers, and trucking partners

Collaborate with legal, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth contract development and implementation

Maintain and enhance contract management systems and databases to support operational readiness

Conduct supplier performance reviews, track KPIs, and lead quarterly business reviews

Perform advanced data analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements

Support benchmarking and best-practice initiatives to ensure competitive pricing and mitigate supply chain risks

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business management, supply chain management or related

5+ years of Supply Chain, procurement, financial analysis, contract management or related

3+ years in Contract Negotiations

1+ year in Purchasing

Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite

Advanced communication in English

Preferred

Certificate in Lean Six Sigma, CPSM, or CSCP

Experience with SAP Ariba Sourcing, SAP Ariba Contract Management, Microsoft Power BI, and/or Tableau
