Understanding & Elaborating the user-stories
Explain the OOTB PolicyCenter capabilities
Configure / Customize PolicyCenter Application
Provide solutions to Guidewire Cloud Upgrade remediation / optimization backlog
Quick Resolving of issues
Coaching, leading, monitoring, mentoring, and supporting team members Review of code and Participate in code reviews
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter development with at least 2 projects worked as a Configurator/ Configuration Lead
Strong experience in Guidewire integration and configuration (SME-level knowledge)
Guidewire Cloud platform is a plus
Guidewire Rating knowledge is a plus
Guidewire Product Modeling / APD knowledge is a plus
Provide solutions to Guidewire Cloud Upgrade remediation / optimization backlog
Strong P&C Insurance Domain knowledge
Adaptable & Flexible in working under changing and different work environment
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills coupled with excellent presentation skills
Ability to be cross-functional across work streams
Experience in Agile
Understanding & Elaborating the user-stories
