Responsibilities
Oversee and maintain all aspects of the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and batch job systems
Monitor servers, applications, and FTP accounts to ensure optimal performance and availability
Identify and resolve technical issues, escalating when necessary and providing timely solutions to incidents and service requests
Work with batch job management tools (e.g., Control-M, Autosys) to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize job execution
Troubleshoot FTP-related issues and ensure secure and reliable file transfers
Participate in P1/P2 major incident resolution and root cause analysis
Identify recurring issues and trends; recommend and implement improvements to reduce incident volume
Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for daily operations and maintenance tasks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business and IT goals
Qualification
Required

Proficiency in monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Control-M, Autosys
Strong understanding of batch job scheduling and monitoring
Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow (SNOW), HEAT
Knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management
Familiarity with FTP protocols and troubleshooting techniques
Understanding of SLAs, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication
Basic knowledge of storage systems and backup procedures
Excellent working knowledge of batch job scheduling and monitoring tools
Strong expertise in FTP operations and troubleshooting
Proficiency in ITSM platforms (e.g., SNOW/HEAT)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive problem-solving attitude
Ability to prioritize and manage a diverse workload under pressure
Flexibility to work in shifts or extended hours as needed
