Responsibilities

End-to-end growth strategy across paid, owned, and retargeting channels
Funnel architecture from video → landing page → CRM → broker follow-up
Paid media strategy and execution (Meta, Google, YouTube, retargeting)
CRM logic including tagging, lead scoring, routing, and automation
Attribution and performance measurement tied to qualified leads and revenue
Broker response SLAs and marketing-to-sales accountability
Continuous optimization of campaigns based on real commercial outcomes
Personally design and launch growth campaigns (not just manage vendors)
Translate yacht videos into full-funnel campaigns
Create clear briefs and direction for WordPress, social, and video resources
Build and optimize high-converting landing pages for yacht buyers
Review performance weekly and make fast, pragmatic decisions
Identify what scales, what gets cut, and what needs iteration
