Operations Planner and Analyst

Responsibilities
Serves as senior technical and analytic lead supporting the Director, Enterprise Administration and Management
Designs, develops, and oversees production and integration of analytical tools, dashboards, models, and decision-support products that enable senior leaders across OUSD(I&S) and partner organizations to assess program performance, forecast outcomes, and manage risk
Leads development, management, and enhancement of enterprise SharePoint environments, knowledge management initiatives, organizational web presence, and tool-integration projects
Develops, staffs, and represents OUSD(I&S) positions by coordinating cross-component inputs, conducting outreach, and reconciling competing interests
Mentors and develops analytic, knowledge management, and technical staff; sets training priorities; evaluates performance; and recommends staffing or resource actions to meet mission needs

Must be determined suitable for federal employment

This position requires you to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)
This position may require 20% occasional temporary duty (TDY) travel both CONUS and OCONUS for official business on military or commercial aircraft

One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GG/GS-13 grade level in the Federal service that demonstrates your ability to; 1) Develops and deploys multi-domain information technology solutions to meet mission requirements; 2) Serves as liaison between agency and other government components to resolve multifaceted problems; AND 3) Evaluates and interpret guidelines that are practical issues that will impact support programs, policies and initiatives
