Responsibilities

Selecting and designing Electronic IO assemblies
Requirements review
Component selection
Creation of design packages
Generation of test procedures
Work with either Intel(Quartus) and/or AMD(Vivado) building tools
VHDL code development
Supporting the design development through the release cycle
Research, design, development, and testing of complex electrical designs
Documentation development
Hands-on test and troubleshooting
Formal documentation of the electrical design
Issue resolution to distributed I/O architectures
Remote test station equipment and power distribution systems
Work across disciplines during integration and test activities

Required

Experience in selecting and designing Electronic IO assemblies
Requirements review

Hands-on test and troubleshooting

Broad electrical support including issue resolution to distributed I/O architectures
Remote test station equipment and power distribution systems
Work across disciplines during integration and test activities

Preferred

Simulation/Testbench experience with higher level chip scenarios with Questa-Sim
System Verilog knowledge is a plus for simulation purposes
