Responsibilities
Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver seamless integrations
Write clean, well-documented code following best practices and coding standards
Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve bugs proactively
Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and continuously improve development processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly
Developing and maintaining backend APIs and services
Engaging in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
Collaborating with UI/UX designers, product teams, and other developers
Conducting code reviews and participating in testing procedures
Monitoring application health and performance metrics
Continuously exploring and integrating new tools and best practices
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in developing server-side applications using Node.js frameworks and libraries
Proficient in JavaScript; comfortable working with Typescript for type safety and better code maintainability
Experience designing, developing, and deploying microservices-based systems
In-depth knowledge of SQL databases, particularly PostgreSQL, including schema design, indexing, and query optimization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly
