Customer Technology Advisor - Security and Resiliency

They are seeking a Customer Technology Advisor who will leverage technical expertise to drive opportunities and exceed customer expectations while supporting Consulting, Advisory, and Architecture activities across Sales, Pre-Sales & Delivery.

Responsibilities
Deep domain knowledge of Services offerings and technical solutions and partner platforms in the Security & Resiliency practice
Lead the business and technical customer engagement as a domain expert and work jointly with the Customer Partner and Consult Partner to the close of sale
Demonstrated experience translating distinctive technical knowledge into actionable customer insights and solutions
Strong consultative selling skills coupled with excellent business acumen – ROI, risk quantification, cost-benefit analysis
Externally recognized as an expert in the technology and/or solutioning areas, including technical certifications supporting domain focus areas
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with CISOs, CIOs, and key stakeholders
Team Leadership & Collaboration: Drive security awareness, training, and enablement for client teams and internal stakeholders
Qualification
Required

Preferred
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
10 years of experience (minimum) selling cybersecurity products and services (both consulting and managed services) across verticals
Deep knowledge and selling experience across Network, Cloud and Security Operations, specifically Zero Trust, SASE, Endpoint Protection, Identity and Access Management, Cloud Security and SOC modernization
Strong knowledge and sales experience with the following vendors: Microsoft, Cisco, Palo Alto, Zscaler, Akamai, Illumio, Rubrik, Commvault, Cohesity, etc. Maintain and develop relationships with key alliance partners and ecosystems; create referenceable customers
Strong industry and regulatory knowledge - NIST CSF, HIPPA, PCI-DSS, DORA, etc
